After three years, when the family's 84-year-old mother underwent surgery, Sheila assumed full-time caregiving responsibilities. These included bathing, feeding, changing diapers, dressing wounds, and administering medications. A second helper was later hired to support the household. Sheila successfully completed her contract with the family.

She can follow recipes and bake cakes, pies, cupcakes, muffins and pizza.

SAODAH is 45 years old, married with 3 children aged 24, 16, and 10 years. She started working for the family on 27 June 2015. She was employed by the Father-in-law of her current employer. She was serving a couple and an elderly person. Her main job was to take care of her Sir, and after working for 7 months, her Sir passed away due to complications of diabetes. She continued working and took care of Grandpa, and passed away when he was 104 years old. She was transferred to her Madam on 22 Jul 2022. She's been working for this family for 10 years now. She is the main caregiver, she knows how to change a nappy, sponge the whole body, know how to transfer from bed to wheelchair, cook soft food and feed, massage, give medicines, and accompany the patient to the doctor's appointment. Aside from taking care of the patients, she also does the household chores, cleans the house, washes clothes, irons, markets, and cooks. She planned the week's menu and cooked. She cooks mainly Chinese and Indonesian dishes.
ROL: Her service is no longer required due to finances.
