Her dedication to her work can be seen through how detail oriented she is. She is able to work independently without much supervision, is honest and has the ability to organize. She knows how to give insulin injection, performs kidney dialysis and administers tube-feeding. She is the eldest in her family. Prior to coming to Singapore, she has 3 years of experience in the Philippines. She also helps to look after a baby (grandchild) sometimes. Her main duty is to look after the wheelchair bound old woman, assisting in her needs, cooking and general household chores. Michelle is now working for another Chinese family with 3 teenage children staying in a condominium. They also have a dog. As the sir and 3 children have asthmatic conditions, she is required to keep the house very clean and to use cloth to clean the floor. She also does the laundry, ironing, taking care of dog, car washing and cooking. She can cook a variety of Chinese dishes and bake cookies and brownies. As her contract is expiring, she is now looking for a new employer.

Work for american family stay in a private apartment have to 2 kids. Her main job is to manage the house chores including cleaning ,laundry,ironing ,cooking and marketing.
