Her duties included cleaning the house, grocery shopping, cooking Chinese and Western dishes, and car washing. She prepared meals such as pasta, stir-fry noodles, tofu, chicken rice and other dishes preferred by the employers. Elsa also baked cakes, cookies, donuts, and muffins. Employer relocated.

Apr 2017 to Apr 2019. Qatar. For a Qatari family with one child aged 3 living in a 2 storey, 4-bedroom landed property. Her tasks involved cleaning the house, grocery shopping and cooking Middle Eastern dishes. She is often tasks to prepare meals such as molokiyah, salata, curry, biryani, kabsa, saloona, thareed and kebab. Elsa also helped in maintaining the house along with 2 other helpers whom she shared room with. She finished her contract.

Jun 2014 to Dec 2015. Singapore. The household had 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 7. She shared room with the children. Her duties included cleaning the house, grocery shopping, cooking Chinese, Malay, and Western dishes and car washing. She prepared dishes such as abc soup, bak kut teh, fish soup, pancit beehon, congee, fried rice, stir fry noodles, chicken rice and other dishes they prefer. Her employment ended when employer decided they no longer needs her services.

She prepared meals such as biryani, samosa, molokiyah, shawarma, kuboos, salata, chapati, kebab, shawarma and curry.
