Childcare:
Ukeu cared for the employer’s 6-year-old child.

Eldercare:
Ukeu also cared for a paralysed elderly man. She assisted with changing diapers, showering, grooming, and feeding.

Cooking:
Ukeu is well-versed in Cantonese cooking. Some dishes she can prepare include soya sauce chicken, dim sum, steamed fish, steamed chicken, steamed egg, Cantonese-style fried rice, herbal chicken soup, vegetable and pork soup, Thai salad, oyster sauce prawns, cakes, brownies, and more.
 

Housework:
In addition to caregiving duties, Ukeu independently managed all general household chores.
