Sept 2024 to present for a Australian/Chinese family with a 12y old living in a condo. Her duties are to clean, do the laundry, ironing, grocery shopping and cooking. She prepare Japanese pasta, steamed fish, stir fry dishes, sticky pork ribs, green salad, beehon, steamed fish, pan fried salmon with salad, soup (tomato & egg soup) , Japanese pasta and can follow recipes. Her duties are cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping and going to the wet market daily. She would prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals like packed lunch and dinner such as tandoori chicken, dal, chapati, home made yogurt, curry chicken or vegetables, palak paneer ; other cuisines like stir fry/roasted/steamed vegetables, pasta bolognese/carbonara, lasagna, fried chicken wings, baked salmon with butter lemon, beef steak with baked portobello mushrooms, sticky pork ribs, baked seabass with lemon and broccoli on the side, baked potato served with sour cream, steamed or baked chicken, roasted chicken with green salad, bakes flax seed-bread, keto bread ( uses almond flour).
