Since our founding in 2004, ASSET AGENCY Pte Ltd has believed that every dedicated worker is a valuable asset—not just to employers, but to society. This belief shapes our mission and guides our commitment to ethical and thoughtful placement of Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs).

Our core expertise lies in the placement and employment management of New and Transfer helpers, primarily from Indonesia, the Philippines, and Myanmar. In recent years, we are also proud to be among the select few agencies appointed by Singapore's Ministry of Manpower to support the Advance Placement Scheme (APS). 

Through APS, we help match pre-approved MDWs already in Singapore with families efficiently and prudently—ensuring greater convenience for employers while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.

In 2009, ASSET diversified into executive recruitment. To further support career development across borders, we launched an associate company in Malaysia in 2013. This expansion enables
us to connect businesses in Singapore and Malaysia with qualified professionals.

At ASSET, we believe that quality care starts with quality training. With our partnered training centres in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Myanmar, we ensure every Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) is equipped with practical skills, up-to-date knowledge, and the right mindset for working in modern Singaporean households.

Our structured training programmes are led by experienced instructors and are regularly updated to reflect
the evolving needs of employers and households in Singapore.

Our training covers:

Elderly Care
Practical training on assisting elderly individuals with mobility aids (e.g.: wheelchairs and walking sticks), providing personal hygiene support, and developing emotional readiness for caregiving roles.

Optional add-on Elder Care Course also available for helpers post deployment in Singapore, to gain in depth skills on caregiving for elderly’s hygiene, home safety, nutrition, medication, mobility, and exercise.

Basic Singaporean Cooking
Hands-on instruction in preparing common local dishes, along with safe operation of essential kitchen appliances (E.g.: kettles, stovetops, ovens, and rice cookers).

Household Management with Modern Appliances
Training in the proper use and care of household equipment (e.g.: vacuum cleaners, washing machines), and maintenance of furniture and home surfaces.

English Language Skills
Interactive language classes using audio aids (earphones and microphones) to help FDWs build confidence in speaking and understanding basic English for daily communication.

Infant and Toddler Care
Guided practice in baby care, including diaper changing using life-like infant models. The programme also emphasizes values such as compassion, patience, and attentiveness when working with young children.
