Shwe Yee Win holds a Nurse Aid Certificate and has approximately one year of experience as a nurse aid at Parami Hospital in Yangon (–), where she cared for various patients, including those with stroke, diabetes, heart problems, and high blood pressure. Her responsibilities included monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, oxygen levels, and blood sugar), assisting with personal hygiene (bathing, diaper changing, clothing, repositioning), wheelchair transfers, tube feeding, administering food and medication, toileting assistance, and general patient care. She also performed general household chores such as cleaning, cooking, washing, mopping, and ironing.

She is capable of cooking Myanmar dishes and is willing to learn Chinese cuisine and other Singapore cuisine.
