Jan 2023 to Mar 2023 (2mo) Philippines: Jenlene worked for a Filipino family of 6 with 4 adults and 2 boys aged 3yo and 5mo.
The family lived in a bungalow with 2 bedrooms, and Jenlene was the only helper in the household.
Her primary responsibility was infant and childcare, which included changing diapers, showering the baby, preparing milk, and feeding.
In addition to caring for the children, she also handled general house cleaning.
Apr 2023 to May 2025 (2yrs & 1mo) Saudi Arabia: Jenlene worked for an Arabic family of 6 with 4 daughters aged 11yo, 9yo, 5yo, and 1yo.
The family lived in a 3-storey house with 4 bedrooms, and she was the only helper in the household.
Her responsibilities focused on childcare, including preparing breakfast, waking the children, and caring for the younger ones (ages 5yo and 1yo) by putting them to sleep, feeding, changing diapers, and changing their clothes.
In addition to childcare, she handled general housework such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and washing.
She also cooked simple Arabic dishes.
The family kept two birds and two hamsters, for which she was also responsible feeding and cleaning their cages.
She finished her contract successfully, and her employment ended after the family's previous helper contacted the employer and returned to work.
She is now looking forward to continuing her career abroad with a new employer.
Jenlene looks forward to work in Singapore again to earn money to support her family.
