Mar 2025 to Jun 2025. For a Chinese family with a 12-year-old child with special needs. Due to the child's frequent violent behavior, she found it challenging to manage his care effectively. She shared a room with the child which resulted in her inadequate sleep. As a result, she respectfully requested a transfer.

Feb 2021 – May 2025 for a Chinese family of four adults and one newborn baby in a 4-bedroom mansionette. Daily tasks included full housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, dusting, bathroom sanitising), laundry and ironing for the entire family, and grocery shopping twice per week. She carried out complete newborn care: bottle sterilising, night feeds, burping, bathing, nap schedules, tracking feeds and diaper changes, laundry for delicate baby clothes and bedding. Mylene has also cooked at least 3 meals were prepared lunch and dinner like chicken rice, claypot rice, Hokkien mee, chicken curry, pesto pasta, baked macaroni & cheese , beehon, braised pork, bee/pork/chicken stew, stir fry vegetables, soup, steamed fish, fried rice, baked or grilled salmon with herbs; she plans the menu and able to follow recipes. She watered plants, vacuumed the car weekly and performed simple sewing repairs. The contract was completed successfully in May 2025 when the family decided to manage on their own as the couple with the baby has moved to their new house and they do not wish to have a helper and the old couple.
