Liwayway worked in Hong Kong from 2023 to 2024 with a Chinese family of 2 adults and one 6-year-old boy with autism. They lived in a 3-bedroom condo. She is very experienced and patient in taking care of children with special needs, especially the 6-year-old boy. She also did all household chores very well and can cook simple Chinese dishes such as steamed fish, stir-fried vegetables, and chicken soup.

She returned to the Philippines because the child with autism would often hurt her physically.
