Aug 2024 to Present 2025. She was responsible for the household’s housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and ironing. She also managed grocery shopping and meal preparation, cooking dishes such as tom yum soup, fried rice, spaghetti, kung pao chicken, steamed fish, and Russian beef soup. Her employer would occasionally provide her with recipes, which she would follow. Her services is no longer needed and she is ready for transfer.

Aug 2021 - Aug 2024. She was responsible for all household chores, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, and daily cooking. She prepared a variety of dishes such as porridge, steamed fish, steamed minced pork with salted soybeans, pancit beejon, stir-fried vegetables, steamed seafood, bak kut teh, noodle soup, and fried rice. She shared a room with the elderly lady to ensure close monitoring, assisting with bathing, diaper changing, wound cleaning, spoon-feeding, administering medication, and accompanying her to medical appointments. She then transferred, as the remaining sibling was still independent and no longer required a helper.

Jul 2018 - Aug 2021. She also managed housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, and cooking. She prepared a variety of Filipino dishes including adobo, sinigang, baked mussels, spaghetti, pancit beejon, and spring rolls. She finished her contract.

Jul 2014 - Jun 2018. She also did housekeeping duties, like cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, and assisting her lady employer in meal preparation. As the employer mainly handled the family’s cooking, Mary Ann would assist in food preparation and cook when her employer was away. During her employment, she learned to prepare various dishes such as che cheong fun with sauce, stir-fried vegetables, fried rice, tofu, chicken curry, pasta, and baked or teriyaki salmon. Mary Ann completed her contract.

May 2013 - May 2014. She prepared children’s meals such as fried rice, pasta, and other requested dishes, as her cooking responsibilities were limited to the children only. In addition to childcare, she assisted with general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning the children’s areas, doing their laundry, and coordinating with the other helper to manage household responsibilities. After some time, the family decided to retain only one helper, and her services were no longer required.
