She has cared for a bedridden [diabetic] Ah Gong for two years, managing all Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including bathing, feeding, toileting, repositioning, and safe lifting and transferring. She administered medications, gave insulin injections, monitored blood sugar and blood pressure, and ensured proper diabetic care routines.

Nuraliyah also has experience caring for five elderly Ah Mah. Three of them were diabetic, for whom she administered insulin injections, prepared medications, monitored blood sugar and blood pressure, and ensured their meals were suitable for diabetic needs with controlled portions and balanced nutrition. For the other two infirm Ah Mah, she provided mobility support, assisted with dressing, prepared meals, and provided companionship.

She can also cook Indonesian home‑style foods including sambals, curries, fried fish, fried chicken, and fried rice. She adjusts her cooking according to the dietary needs of her elderly charges (e. g. , diabetic-friendly meals), teenagers (nutritious snacks and balanced meals), and healthy adults (variety of home‑cooked dishes).
