Experiences

2 years 1 month (Apr 2014 – May 2016) as a helper in the Philippines

Gimberly worked in a bungalow with 2-bedrooms, a toilet, living room and kitchen for a family of 4 with a 2- and 6-year-old, and she looked after their welfare. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding. In all these, she managed the work well. For her future employment, she hopes to learn and adapt to new culture and experiences.

(2020 – 2021)

She worked as a volunteer teacher, teaching 16 pupils in grades 1 and 5. She taught them general subjects such as Basic Math, English, Reading, Science, and MAPEH.

(2023 – 2025)

She worked as a bookkeeper in the Philippines.  

(2026 – present)

Stays home, spend time with her family and seek new job opportunities.

Cooking                   

She cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes.  
 

Childcare

She is keen to look after children/ infants. In her local experience, she prepared their meals and fed them, bathed them, tutored them, kept company and played with them, attended to and assisted in their needs.
 

Elderly Care

She is keen to look after the elderly.  
 

Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour.
