  Jan 2020 to Dec 2023 for Chinese family with 2 kids then aged 2y and 4y living in an HDB. Her duties were childcare like bathing the kids, changing diapers (youngest), playing with them, reading them storybooks when the parents will be late at night, bring them to the playground, [ick them up from grounds when the school bus comes, prepare their snacks and meals. Leonila also does the cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking. She cooks 3-4 dishes for dinner like chicken curry, stir fry vegetables, udon noodles soup, bakuteh, beehon, fried rice,; sandwiches for breakfast or packed sandwich, steamed fish, marinate beef steak with salt & pepper but her employer will cook, roasted chicken; she bakes ready-to-mix cookies but can easily follow recipes.
  
  Mar 2017 - Mar 2019 for a Chinese family from China wherein she took care of then 3 months old baby. She knows how to change nappies, did the night feeding, bathe, toilet trained, prepare foods, send/fetch from school, she can play and do storytelling. The family lived in a condo and she was also responsible in cleaning, doing the laundry, cleaning, ironing and cooking. The couple mostly order take out but she also would cook meals during week ends like steamed fish, stir fry dishes, noodles soup, porridge, fried fish with sweet \ sour sauce, stewed pork ribs in slow cooker, soup etc. She completed her contract and went home for a break.
  
  Feb 2017 to Mar 2017 for a Chinese family but she only worked for less than a month.
  
  Mar 2011 to Feb 2017 for a Chinese family with a then 2mos old baby and a 14mos old baby living in a condo. Leonila took care of the 2 kids as both parents were working. She would change diapers, bathing, feeding, sterilising milk bottles, playing with the kids, there is an Amah to comes by to help send/fetch the eldest from school, bring them to the playground etc. She did the cleaning, laundry, ironing, preparing the grocery list and cooking. She can cook dishes like rib eye steak, goulash, carbonara pasta, chicken rice, noodle soup, fry bihon, stir fry veggies, spaghetti, steamed fish, grilled pork and chicken, beef stew, beef broccolli, spring rolls, fried chicken, veggie soup, abc soup and she can follow recipe books. She can do cleaning, washing, ironing and mopping.
