As for kids, I taken care newborn and above and 2yo. I also experienced taken care Elderly 63yo and 65yo. Also I do took care 9 pet dogs.
I can cook Chinese food, like, ABC soup, porridge ,steam fish hotpot, fried vegetables, fried tofu and fried rice.
I can cook western food. Like, spaghetti, macaroni and pasta.
