  July 2024 to Aug 2025 for a Chinese family living in a 5 storey house with kids now aged 6y and 8y. She works with another helper and her duties were to cook, laundry and ironing for the children, changing the beddings once a week, cleaning the 2 levels of the house, grocery shopping and she is the main cook in the house. She would prepare breakfast like red bean soup, omelet, toasts; lunch would be beehoon soup and for dinner would be 4-5 dishes with soup. Her employer prefers to plan the meu and she would cook dishes like chicken curry, steamed fish, minced pork and prawn omelet, fish soup, stir fry dishes, ginger chicken, stewed chicken, bakes salmon, asam fish, bakuteh, steamed chicken, garlic butter prawns; she can also make spring rolls, adobo , pasta bolognese etc. Amalia would be suitable working in a one level apartment and can start work anytime.
  
  Aug 2014 to June 2024 for a Chinese old couple in their early 60's living in a condo. Her duties are general cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, cooking. She would prepare 4-5 dishes for dinner like chicken curry, tau yeo bak (raised pork in soy sauce) beef stew, chicken afritada, chicken adobo, bakuteh, stir fry dishes, beehon, soup ( ABC soup, old cucumber, lotus or peanut), macaroni soup, porridge with century egg or plain and with potatoes, garlic butter prawns, baked macaroni, lasagna , fried rice, stir fry vegetables, beef stew, steamed tofu with minced meat, steamed chicken and can easily follow recipes, sometimes her employer will send her recipes to follow. She is being released as they do not need a full time help.
  
  July 2013 to Aug 2014 for an Indian family with a 13y old living in an HDB. Her duties were cleaning, laundry, ironing and cooking. She has learned to cook Indian-style curry, rasam, chapati, dal, spinach paneer etc.
