Background
Melani 27 married with a 2- and 9-year-old daughters, and the youngest child in the family of 4 siblings. She wants to work in Singapore to support and save up for her family, she is from Jawa Tengah, Indonesia.
Experience
3 years (2017 - 2020) as a helper in Jakarta, Indonesia.
She worked in a 2-storey house with 5-bedrooms and 5-toilets, for a family of 4 including an 8- and 5-year-old, and she looked after their welfare. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, do marketing, prepare and cook the family meals, wash and clean up the kitchen and utensils after use, do the laundry, ironing and folding, wash the family car.
Cooking
She cooks Indonesian and simple Chinese dishes, keen to learn to cook more Chinese and various other dishes as well.
Childcare
She is keen to look after children / infants. In her local experience, she prepared their meals, dressed and get them ready for school, send and fetch them to-and-fro from school, attended to and assisted in their needs.
Elderly care
She is keen to look after the elderly.
Handphone
She will follow the employer\s instruction regarding handphone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own handphone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.
Off-day
The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other 3 working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly. Any other off-day arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.
2 years contract
She is aware of the 2 years contract.
