Education
She is a high school graduate equivalent to Singapore secondary school level.
Experience
2 years (2005 - 2007) as a helper in Jakarta, Indonesia.
She worked in a 3-bedroom house with 2-toilets for a family of 2. She does housework, cooking, laundry and assist her madam in her Chinese Restaurant business.
2 years (2009 - 2011) as a helper in Malaysia.
She worked in a 2-storey house with 4-bedrooms and 3-toilets for a family of 4 with a 9- and 5-year-old, and she looked after their welfare. Daily she clean and tidy the house, go marketing, prepare and cook the family meals, do the laundry, ironing and wash the family car.
9 years (2015 - 2024) as a helper in Malaysia.
Rilah worked in a 2-storey house with 4-bedrooms and 3-toilets for a family of 6 with a 75-year-old Ahma with mild stroke, and she looked after her welfare. She does general housework, go marketing, cooking and car washing.
Cooking
Daily she prepares basic cooking for the family, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes as well.
Infant care
She is keen to look after infant. She washed and cleaned up after the infant, kept company and soothed to sleep, prepared milk and fed, washed and cleaned feeding bottles.
Childcare
She is keen to look after children. In her previous experience, she wash and clean up after them, keep company and played with them, shower and dress them in fresh clothing, prepare meals and fed them.
Elderly care
She is keen to look after elderly. She prepare and cook meals for her, bathe and clean up after her, change her diaper, administer her medications, accompany her, attend to her daily needs and activities.
Handphone
She will follow the employer\s instruction regarding handphone usage and will contact her family with her own handphone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.
Off-day
The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly.
2 years contract
She is aware of the 2 years contract.
