  Ngatiyem 40 married with an 8-year-old daughter, and the eldest child in the family of 3 siblings. She wants to work in Singapore to support and save up for her family, and she is from Kendal, Indonesia.
  
  Education
  
  She graduated from high school, equivalent to Singapore Secondary School.
  
  Experience
  
  7 years (2009 - 2016) as a helper in Malaysia.
  
  She worked in a 4-bedroom house with 3-toilets for a family of 5 with a 5-month-old infant, and a 3-year-old child, and she looked after their welfare. She does general housework, cooking and car washing.
  
  Cooking
  
  She cooks Indonesian dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes as well.
  
  Childcare
  
  She is keen to look after children/ infants, and she looks after her own. In Malaysia, she washed and sterilized feeding bottles, prepare milk and meals, fed them, washed and cleaned up after them, bathed, dressed and get the child ready for school, attended to and assisted in their needs.
  
  Elderly Care
  
  She is keen to look after the elderly.
  
  Pet Care
  
  She is keen to look after pets. 
  
  Handphone
  
  She will follow the employer\s instruction regarding handphone usage and will contact her family with her own handphone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.
  
  Off-day
  
  The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly.
  
  2 years contract
  
  She is aware of the 2 years contract.
