Her responsibilities included childcare support, assisting with daily routines, bathing, feeding, and preparing fruit lunchboxes along with other school essentials. She collaborated with an Indonesian cook, with whom she shared a room. In addition, she managed household tasks such as cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, ironing, and grocery shopping. Ended employment due to unresolved salary payment issues.
Jul 2022 - Oct 2022. Singapore. Employed by a Chinese couple with two adult children in a four-bedroom condominium. Her responsibilities included general housekeeping such as cleaning all living areas, dishwashing, grocery shopping, hand-washing clothes, linens, and curtains, as well as ironing including large curtains. She was also tasked with washing two cars at least twice a week. In addition, Racquel prepared meals for the family, including soups, steamed vegetables or fish, stir-fried noodles, tofu, fried chicken, and other requested dishes. She requested a transfer as the role was no longer suitable, particularly due to the strain caused by extensive hand-washing of laundry.
Apr 2022 - July 2022. Singapore. For a Chinese family of three adults in a two-storey, four-bedroom landed house. Her responsibilities included elderly care, general housekeeping, grocery shopping, car washing (two vehicles), and garden maintenance. She also prepared a variety of meals such as fried noodles, stir-fried vegetables, tofu dishes, pancit, braised pork, fried rice, and steamed pork ribs. Racquel was returned to the agency upon the re-employment of the family’s former helper.
Sep 2018 - Dec 2020. Singapore. For a Chinese family of two adults and two young children, aged 6 months and 2 years, in a three-bedroom HDB flat. Her duties included childcare which includes bathing, managing nap times, diaper changing, feeding, playtime, and supervising the children. In addition to childcare, she also does general housekeeping, cooking, and meal preparation. She prepared a variety of dishes including steamed fish, fried rice, curry, noodles, pork soup, and other requested meals. She completed her contract with this family.

Hand phone

Off-day
The helper is entitled to 1 compulsory off-day per month and the other working off-days shall be compensated accordingly.
