  From 2007 to 2020: she worked with a Chinese family consisting of four people, including two children (twins), the mother, and father, in an HDB setting. She joined the family when the children were just two months old and worked alongside another helper for seven years. She had to take care of a girl with medical conditions, including feeding her through for three months, which she learned how to do from the doctor. She also took care of general cleaning, cooking, and Chinese food, which she learned how to prepare from YouTube. She can also cook Western dishes such as pasta, steak, and baked chicken.
  
  From 2021 to 2023: she has been working with another Chinese family consisting of eight adults in a two-story condo. Her duties include general cleaning and cooking for all eight people. Every Monday and Thursday, she has to cook for two houses, and the family plans a week\s worth of food in advance. They also have a party every second Saturday, which our Amelia takes care of.
