Melissa worked in a 3-storey house with 5-bedrooms, 5-toilets, 2-living room and a kitchen for an Omani family of 4 with newborn twins, and she looked after their welfare. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding.

Returned home, looked after her family welfare and applied to work in Dubai.
5 years 10 months (Aug 2019 – Jun 2025) as a helper in Dubai
Melissa worked in a 2-storey house with 5-bedrooms, 5-toilets, 3-living room, 2-kitchen, garden and garage for an Indian-Emirati family of 7 with a 3-month-old, 7-, 9-, 14- and 15-year-old, and she looked after their welfare, together with an Indonesian co-helper. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding. In all these, she managed the work well. Cooking
She cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes. In her previous experience, she prepared and cooked basic Arabic dishes, such as kabsa, biryani, saloona etc.
Childcare
She is keen to look after children/ infants, and she looks after her own since birth. In her previous experience, she prepared their milk and meals, washed and sterilized feeding bottles, bathed and changed them with fresh clothing and diapers, kept company and soothed them to sleep, dressed and sent them to-and-fro from school, attended to and assisted in their needs.

She is keen to look after the elderly.

Hand phone
She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper; this will be stated in the Job Offer.
Off-day
The helper is entitled to 1 compulsory off-day per month and the other working off-days shall be compensated accordingly.
2 years contract
