Rowena worked in a condo with 3-bedrooms, 3-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a family of 4 with a 5-year-old, and she looked after his welfare. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, marketing, does laundry, ironing and folding.

Returned home, looked after her family welfare and applied to work in Malaysia.
3 years (2019 – 2023) as a helper in Malaysia
Rowena worked in a 3-storey house with 8-bedrooms, 8-toilets, a living room, garden and kitchen for a family of 9 with a 7-, 9- and 11-year-old, and she assisted to look after their welfare, together with 2 co-helpers. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, assist to prepare and cook simple dishes, laundry, ironing and folding, wash and clean the family car, tend to garden and plant watering.

Returned home, looked after her family welfare and applied to work in Singapore.
3 months (Aug 2024 – Nov 2024) as a helper in Singapore
Rowena worked in a 3-storey landed property with 4-bedrooms, 4-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a family of 4. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, prepare and cook simple dishes, laundry, ironing and folding, tend to garden and plant watering. In all these, she learned to manage her work well. For her future employment, she hopes to widen her experience to be a better helper.
(Dec 2024 – present)
Returns home, looks after her family welfare and seek new job opportunities.
Cooking
She cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes. In her previous experience, she prepared and cooked basic Chinese dishes, such as steam-fried vegetables, congie etc.
Childcare
She is keen to look after children, and she looks after her own since birth. In her previous experience, she prepared their meals, bathed, watched over their playing and safety, kept company and soothed the younger one to sleep, dressed and get them ready for school, attended to and assisted in their needs.
Elderly Care
She is keen to look after the elderly.
Pet Care
She is keen to look after pets. While in Malaysia, she groomed and fed a dog, kept clean the pet areas.
Hand phone
She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper; this will be stated in the Job Offer.
Off-day
The helper is entitled to 1 compulsory off-day per month and the other working off-days shall be compensated accordingly.
2 years contract
