  Introduction: Fitrotul Hasanah is an experienced domestic helper with approximately 6 years of working experience in Singapore from 2013 to 2020. During her time there, she worked with five different employers. Her responsibilities included caring for newborns: changing diapers, maintaining hygiene, feeding, burping, soothing, monitoring sleep, and ensuring the baby’s safety. For young children: sending/picking up from school or classes, bathing, preparing meals/snacks, playing, and supervising them at all times. One employer required elderly care support. Her main duties involved, assisting with personal hygiene (showering, toileting), preparing and serving meals according to dietary requirements, assisting with mobility and walking, accompanying the elderly to medical appointments or for walks, monitoring health and general well-being. In addition to caregiving, Fitrotul also managed general household chores, such as sweeping, mopping, laundry, ironing, and cleaning bathrooms, grocery shopping and daily cooking for the family.  She is open to caring for both children and the elderly. She is skilled in cooking Indonesian cuisine and simple Chinese dishes like steamed fish, fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, and porridge.
