  Introduction: Phyo Su Mon has prior experience as helper in Myanmar from ( 2023 - 2025 ) for 2 years. Her duty is to take care of elderly such as assisting with mobility and walking and accompanying the elderly to medical appointments or for walks.  In addition to caregiving, she also managed general household chores such as sweeping, mopping, laundry, ironing and cleaning bathrooms.
