  Marilou is a 26-year-old Filipina from Isabela City. She is single but living with her partner, and she is a dedicated mother to her 4-year-old child. She is a college undergraduate, having pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. With this background, she is capable of understanding instructions clearly, adapting to different tasks, and communicating well in English.
  
  She is responsible, resourceful, and motivated to work for the future of her family. Her educational background and communication skills give her an advantage in learning new tasks quickly, following instructions accurately, and adjusting easily to various work environments. She carries herself with maturity and has a strong desire to provide a stable and better life for her child.
  
  From 2019 to 2021, she worked with a Filipino family consisting of two children, ages 20 years old and 6 months old. The family lived in a bungalow house with 3 rooms and 3 toilets. She worked together with another helper whose primary responsibility was cooking. During her employment, she focused on maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the entire house, including daily general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and ensuring all common areas were tidy. She also handled the family’s laundry, from washing and drying to folding and ironing clothes. In addition, she was responsible for managing household linens and ensuring they were kept clean and properly stored.
  
  Aside from her main duties, she sometimes assisted in cooking whenever needed, especially during busy days or when the other helper required support. She also helped care for the youngest child, ensuring the toddler’s safety and comfort while performing her tasks. Her role required coordination with the other helper to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure all household needs were consistently met. This experience helped strengthen her ability to multitask, follow routines, work as part of a team, and adapt to the varying needs of the household.
  
  From 2023 to 2025, she continued working for the same Filipino family, maintaining her role and further strengthening her familiarity with the household’s routines and expectations. As she was already well-adjusted to the family’s needs, her responsibilities became more efficient and consistent. She remained in charge of general house cleaning, ensuring that all three rooms, the living areas, kitchen, and three toilets were kept clean, sanitised, and well-organised on a daily and weekly schedule.
  
  Her duties included managing the laundry for the entire family, handling washing, drying, folding, ironing, and properly arranging clothing and linens. She also maintained household supplies, monitored cleaning materials, and made sure essential items were always available. Since she had built a good working relationship with the other helper, they coordinated smoothly—especially when it came to dividing tasks and ensuring the household ran without interruptions. Although the other helper remained primarily responsible for cooking, she still assisted during busy days, preparing ingredients, cooking simple dishes, and helping with meal preparations when needed.
  
  She also continued to help with the care of the youngest child, ensuring the toddler’s comfort, safety, and daily routine were followed. By working with the same employer for an extended period, she demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the family. Her experience during these years further enhanced her skills in housekeeping, teamwork, and time management.
