She worked in a 9-bedroom, 8-bathroom, 2-storey house for a family of seven, including an 85-year-old grandmother with dementia, and she looked after the grandmother’s welfare for one month. Daily, she cleaned and tidied the house, did the marketing together with her employer, prepared and cooked the family meals, washed and cleaned the kitchen and utensils after use, and handled the laundry, ironing, and folding.

Hand phone
She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper; this will be stated in the Job Offer.
Off-day
The helper is entitled to 1 compulsory off-day per month and the other working off-days shall be compensated accordingly.
