Oct 2023 to Sep 2025, Divina worked for a Chinese family residing in a 3 storey property in Singapore with their 3 dogs, two French bulldog and a dachshund. The household consisted of 3 adults ( with an old lady) and an 11 yr old. Her responsibilities included cleaning the house, cooking, car washing, assisting the child, pet care, gardening. She prepared dishes such as ABC soup, braised pork/ chicken, beehoon, stir fry dishes, garlic butter prawn, lasagna, steamed fish. Divina also assist the child in preparing her uniform, breakfast etc. The old lady taught her some dishes and she can follow recipes as well. Divina considers herself a a good cook. She completed her contract and returned home. Divina is now ready to work again.
Nov 2021 to Feb 2023, Divina worked for a Chinese family living in a condo in Singapore. The household included 2 adults and children then aged 4y and 5y. She shared the work with another helper and they both take turns in doing the general housework like cleaning, laundry, ironing, cawashing, cooking and childcare. She would bathe kids, putting them to school, getting them ready for school, preparing breakfast, checking their bags, preparing water bottle, bringing them to the playground. Divina would cook 3 dishes for dinner like steamed fish, stir fry vegetables, chicken curry, beef with broccoli , soup etc. When her mother passed away, she went home as there was no one to look after her youngest child.
April 2018 to Mar 2020, Divina worked for a Chinese family in an HDB in Singapore. The household comprised of 2 adults and children then aged 9month old and a new born came along after 3months. They also have a dog, a poodle but she does not have to walk the dog daily. Her tasks included newborn care like bathing, change diapers, feeding, playing with the children; she also did the cleaning of the house, cooking dinner or they would buy from the hawker rin case she is not able to cook.
