New maid
Jenny completed her secondary education at Dr. Arcadio Santos National High School in 2015. While working as a domestic helper in her early years, she was given the opportunity by her employer to continue her studies, which enabled her to finish high school. This reflects her determination and commitment to personal growth alongside her work responsibilities. The household consisted of two adults and an elderly couple (73-year-old male and 68-year-old female). There were two domestic helpers in the home.
Her main duties included maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the house, laundry and ironing, marketing for groceries and household supplies, meal preparation and cooking, as well as basic gardening. She worked well with co-helpers and efficiently managed her assigned responsibilities.
PHILIPPINES (December 2010 – May 2018)
She worked for a Filipino family living in a 3-bedroom, 2-storey house. The employer had three helpers in the household.
She was primarily assigned to childcare. Her responsibilities included bathing and dressing the children, preparing and feeding their meals, sterilizing feeding bottles, changing diapers, putting them to sleep, keeping their bedroom and play area clean and organized, and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. She assisted in monitoring their daily routines and supported their developmental needs as they grew.
In 2017, she was also assigned to work in her employer's food business as Head cook and vegetable packer. She served as the sole helper in the household.
Her duties included full responsibility for general household chores such as cleaning, laundry and ironing, cooking, grocery marketing, and maintaining an organized and well-kept home. She worked independently and managed all household tasks efficiently.
In addition to domestic service, Jenny gained valuable work experience in the food and service industry. She continued working with the same company until November 2018. This hands-on experience enhanced her confidence in childcare duties such as feeding, bathing, changing clothes, preparing meals, and supervising children’s daily routines and activities.
In January 2024 till Present, Jenny was re-hired by her previous employer in the Philippines to manage their household. Her responsibilities included maintaining household cleanliness, cooking, laundry and ironing, marketing, and caring for two dogs. She continues in this role while awaiting selection for overseas employment.
With her combined experience in domestic work, childcare, cooking, and elderly care, Jenny is capable of independently managing a household. She is confident in cooking Filipino dishes and is eager to learn foreign cuisines if given the opportunity. Upon selection, she will undergo a one-week in-house private training in Manila accredited by TESDA, followed by an OWWA seminar prior to the processing of her Overseas Employment Certificate for deployment.SkillsLanguage Skills English And Tagalog Evaluation
