  Rustinah is a 33-year-old Indonesian, married with two children (an 11-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl). She has experience in both childcare and elderly care in Singapore. She is able to converse in simple English and is fluent in Malay. Employment History: Her first employment in Singapore was with a Chinese family of four (Sir, Ma’am, and two boys aged 7 and 3) from 2022 to 2022 for three months. On school days, she prepared breakfast, school uniforms, bags, shoes, and socks for the children, and walked them to and from school, ensuring they arrived safely and on time. After school, she showered them, prepared lunch, managed nap routines, and took them to the playground. She also cleaned a 3‑bedroom, 2‑toilet HDB flat, handled housekeeping, and cooked three meals daily. From 2022 to 2025, she worked for three years caring for a 90‑year‑old Ah Mah who was diabetic and suffered from dementia. Her responsibilities included daily monitoring of blood pressure and blood sugar, administering medication, showering, toileting, dressing assistance, and attentive dementia care to ensure safety and companionship. In addition, she maintained the household by cleaning a 2‑bedroom, 2‑toilet HDB flat, cooking three meals, and doing marketing. Cooking Skills: Rustinah is able to cook Chinese and Indonesian dishes such as rendang, soto ayam, curry chicken, steamed fish, and fried kway teow. She adjusts taste and preparation according to the preferences of family members and also prepares meals suitable for Ah Mah’s diabetic condition by moderating seasoning and ingredients to meet her dietary needs. Readiness to Work: Tina is prepared to return to Singapore for employment. Her family supports her decision, as she is working to provide for them.
