Work Experience:

Malaysia (2013 – 2015):
Marisa worked for a Malaysian Chinese family in a 3-bedroom landed property. She cared for two children (aged 7 and 5) while handling daily household chores and cooking. Her experience here strengthened her ability to balance childcare with home management.

Singapore (May 2016 – Dec. 2024):
She served a Chinese household living in a 4-bedroom landed property. Her duties included cleaning, cooking, marketing, gardening, car washing, and pet care.

Singapore (Dec. 2024 – Present):
Currently, Marisa is employed by a Chinese-Filipino couple living in a 3-bedroom HDB flat. She works as an all-around housemaid, taking responsibility for daily chores, meal preparation, and marketing.

With her strong family values and years of experience, Marisa is highly confident in looking after young children. She is familiar with all aspects of childcare—feeding, bathing, dressing, and providing supervision and educational engagement.

Violy’s primary duty was to care for the elderly woman, providing close support due to her medical condition. She also maintained the cleanliness of the home and handled the laundry.

· SAUDI ARABIA (2021–2023): She served an Arab family in a 4-room apartment with 2 young children (18 months and 6 months old). As the sole housemaid, Violy handled all household tasks including Arabic cooking, childcare, and overall household management.

Violy is currently assisting in farming and doing household tasks while awaiting her next overseas opportunity abroad.

Joyce Ann Mendoza Ramirez was born and raised in Quezon City, Philippines. She was taught the importance of respect, honesty, and hard work—values that she carries with her in everything she does.

After finishing high school at Batasan Hills National High School in 2005, followed her dream of becoming a nurse. She was able to study Nursing up to my fourth year in college. Unfortunately, due to financial difficulties, She wasn’t able to complete the course. Still,her time in nursing school gave her valuable knowledge about health care and child care, which helped her a lot in both life and work.

Before going abroad, She worked locally as a cashier in several establishments. These taught her how to deal with people, handle responsibility, and manage time under pressure.

In May 2016 to Nov 2016, I took a leap of faith and accepted a job in TAIWAN, worked for a Taiwanese family in a large three-storey home with six bedrooms. It was my first time working overseas, and it taught me to be strong, independent, and adaptable. The household was big—three storeys and five bedrooms—and she served as an all-around helper. She was responsible for cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and most importantly, caring for the children.

At present, she is focusing on her application and helping with household chores at home while waiting for an opportunity to work in Singapore. She hopes to continue working abroad so she can support my husband and help provide for our future. And am always open to learning and am willing to try new recipes, especially if given a chance to work in a home with different food traditions.

Marilou’s early career included non-domestic work roles such as a factory worker (2018–2019) and later as a secretary (2019–2020). These roles equipped her with discipline, time management, and communication skills—traits that have proven invaluable in her transition to domestic work. The household included a couple and their three young children, aged 4, 3, and 2. Marilou served as an all-around housemaid, performing a full range of household duties: general cleaning, laundry, cooking, and, most importantly, childcare. Her child-minding duties included meal preparation, feeding, bathing, dressing, and engaging them in educational and recreational activities.

In addition to childcare, Marilou is well-versed in routine household maintenance such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry, and kitchen management. She is comfortable cooking a variety of Filipino dishes and is open to learning new recipes and foreign cuisines. Marilou is also open to elderly care and is willing to undergo any necessary training. Moreover, she is willing to take on gardening tasks as needed, demonstrating her versatility and work ethic.

Despite the challenges of raising her children alone, she remains determined, hardworking, and committed to providing them with a better life. Rosemarie completed her secondary education at Sugpon National High School in 2005.

In November 2018, Rosemarie began her journey as a domestic worker in Singapore. Her first employer was a local Singaporean family with three young children, including a newborn. Living in a three-bedroom HDB flat, she managed all household responsibilities—cleaning, cooking, and caring for the children with dedication and love. She completed her two-year contract in November 2020.

In October 2021 - Present, she resumed work in Singapore, this time serving a Singaporean-Swiss family. In their four-bedroom HDB home, she continued to demonstrate her reliability and nurturing nature, taking care of a newborn and a four-year-old while managing household chores, cooking, and occasionally doing the marketing. She also enjoys cooking and has become proficient in preparing a variety of Filipino and Chinese dishes, always willing to learn new cuisines as needed.

Her employers have found her to be trustworthy, adaptable, and warm-hearted. She is also open to doing tasks such as gardening and car washing when required.

Through perseverance and a quiet strength, Rosemarie has proven that she is not just a worker—but a caregiver with heart, skill, and unwavering dedication.
