Her duties were to cook Asian and Western meals like steamed fish mee rebus, kway teow, pad Thai, beehoon, mee goreng, stir fry vegetables, Indian food like chicken tikka masala, paneer, briyani chicken, raita, homemade yogurt, home made soy milk, hummus, capsicum dip, baba ganoush, coconut/coriander/tomato chutney, dosa, chapati, paratha, soya chunks keema, rajma, paneer butter masala; green salad with her own dressing recipe, roasted chicken, pasta bolognese/carbonara, lasagna, baked potatoes, soup ( pumpkin, mushroom/ corn tomato) bakes banana bread, wholewheat bread, cookies, chocolate, cheesecake etc. For the teenagers, she used to prepare their lunchboxes and uniforms.
