PHILIPPINES (2022 to 2023) Recently, she worked for a Filipino family living in a four-bedroom bungalow, where she was assigned to care for an 80-year-old female. Her primary duties included assisting the elderly with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, and administering medication, as well as ensuring the elderly’s comfort and overall well-being.

With her experience as a domestic worker, Ms. Cagayan is well-versed in performing general household duties, including cleaning the house, doing the laundry, ironing clothes, marketing, cooking meals, and washing dishes. She also has experience helping care for her nephews and nieces.

She is also open and willing to take care of elderly persons and is prepared to undergo further training to provide direct nursing care and assistance with their daily needs. The household included a 69-year-old female elderly who had previously undergone head surgery. As the sole helper, Adelina handled all the household chores including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and cooking. Her primary responsibility was to assist the elderly with her daily needs and ensure her comfort and safety.

Philippines from 2014 to 2016, Adelina worked for a relative’s family living in a two-bedroom, two-storey house with a couple and their two children aged 5 and 3. In this household, she was responsible for caring for the children and managing the household chores such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, dishwashing, and cooking meals for the family.

Philippines from 2016 to 2018, she worked again for another relative’s family living in a two-bedroom bungalow house with a couple and three children aged 12, 5, and a newborn baby. Her primary responsibility was to take care of the newborn child, ensuring the baby’s safety, feeding, bathing, and overall well-being. She worked for a Chinese family living in a two-bedroom, two-storey house with a couple and two children aged 4 and a newborn baby. Her duties included caring for the children and managing the household chores such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, dishwashing, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the house. She is proficient in performing household chores such as cleaning, washing clothes, dishwashing, laundry, and ironing. She is also confident in childcare, particularly in caring for infants and young children.

In terms of cooking, Adelina can prepare Filipino dishes and simple Chinese meals. She is also able to follow recipes and is very eager to learn new cooking styles and other foreign cuisines if given the opportunity by her future employer.

After selection, Adelina will undergo one week of in-house private training in Manila accredited by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.
