Genda is 33 years old, single, and a mother of 3 children, ages 14, 12, and 9 years old, and she was born in Surigao Del Sur and currently lives in Boston, Davao Oriental, Philippines. She is a high school graduate and can speak and understand the English language.

Genda has experience as a domestic helper in Saudi Arabia and Qatar. First, she worked in Saudi Arabia from 2019 to 2022, and she served with an Arabic family with 3 children, ages 13, 23, and 26 years old. Her employer's house was quite a big 3-story landed house with 5 rooms and 5 toilets, and she was the only helper in there. She did the general cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and marketing.
