EA Assessment: During my interview with Sumithra, she sounded very cheerful and has a willing to learn
attitude. She wants to work in Singapore and complete her contract, and she is willing to extend further if
needed. She loves children and can care for newborn onwards. She has gained some experience working and
looking after Elderly. Sumithra said she is willing to take care for Elderly with Chronic illness and mobility issues
She promises to give her best.
