From 2015 to 2017, she worked with a Malay family taking care of a 63-year-old elderly woman and managing household chores. In 2018–2019, she served an Indian-Malay family, caring for a 70-year-old elderly woman and doing housework. In 2019, she worked with a Malay family, looking after children aged 10, 5, and 2-year-old twins, while also handling household duties. Musdalifa is capable of handling infants, children, and the elderly, as well as performing household chores and cooking Malay and Indonesian dishes.
