She was the only helper in the household, and her main responsibility was to assist and support the daily needs of the elderly while maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the home.

Her duties included general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting the floors, as well as organising the rooms and common areas. She was also in charge of laundry, ironing, and properly arranging clothes and linens. In addition, she prepared and cooked meals for the family, ensuring that the food was suitable for the elderly’s needs. Since December 2019 up to the present, Shermina has been working full-time as a caregiver in a care home in the Philippines. She handles a 1:6 patient ratio during 12-hour shifts, demonstrating her ability to manage multiple patients while maintaining quality care. Her responsibilities include performing NGT (Nasogastric Tube feeding), catheter care, grooming, and assisting patients diagnosed with Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and mild stroke. After finishing her studies, she started seeking ways to support her family and decided to pursue domestic work, a field where she quickly found her calling due to her caring nature and strong work ethic. The family included a couple and their 5-year-old child. Jenny's primary responsibility was childcare, where she prepared meals, fed, played with, and ensured the child’s overall well-being. Her role also involved managing various household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and ironing. Over the course of her employment, Jenny became skilled at creating a nurturing and safe environment for children, alongside maintaining a well-kept and organized home.

She is confident in her ability to care for children of all ages, including newborns, and is adept at performing key childcare duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing school things, and playing with children. PHILIPPINES (September 2022 to January 2024), she worked as a caregiver for an elderly couple in the Philippines, focusing on the care of a bedridden 75-year-old female employer. Her responsibilities included preparing and feeding meals, bathing and grooming, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications. During this period, she successfully balanced her caregiving duties while completing her online studies, demonstrating strong time-management and dedication.

PHILIPPINES (April to June 2025), she worked as an all-around helper for a Filipino family with a newborn baby. She handled general household chores and assisted in infant care, ensuring a clean, safe, and supportive home environment.

PHILIPPINES (July 2025 - Present), Danneca has been employed by a relative’s family to care for a young child diagnosed with bilateral pneumonia. In a household with two helpers, she is specifically assigned to focus on the daily care and medical needs of the youngest child.
