Jecelyn worked in a bungalow with 4-bedrooms, 3-toilets, a living room and kitchen for an Arabian family of 5 with a newborn, 9- and 12-year-old, and she looked after their welfare. 5 years 5 months (Jul 2016 – Dec 2021) as a helper in Singapore

Jecelyn worked in a condo with 3-bedrooms, 2-toilets, a living room and kitchen for a Chinese family of 4 with a 6- and 12-year-old, and she looked after their welfare. Daily, she cleans and tidy the house, marketing, prepare and cook for the family, laundry, ironing and folding. In all these, she managed the work well. For her future employment, she hopes to widen her experience to be a better helper.

Returns home, looks after her family welfare and currently, works as a part-time canteen attendant in the Philippines. 

Cooking                   

She cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes. In her previous experience, she prepared and cooked basic Arabic and Chinese dishes, such as biryani ,machboos, saloona, salata, magloba, ABC soup, beef stew etc.

Childcare

She is keen to look after children/ infants, and she looks after her own since birth. In her previous experience, she prepared their milk and meals, washed and sterilized feeding bottles, assisted to bathe and changed them with fresh clothing and diapers, kept company and soothed them to sleep, dressed and get them ready for school, sent them to school bus, attended to and assisted in their needs.

Elderly Care

She is keen to look after the elderly.

She is keen to look after pets. While in Singapore, she fed four hamsters and a cat, kept clean the pet areas.

Hand phone

She will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, she will contact her family using her own hand phone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper; this will be stated in the Job Offer.

Off-day

The helper is entitled to 1 compulsory off-day per month and the other working off-days shall be compensated accordingly.
