She completed her secondary education at Biao National High School in 2008 and went on to pursue college despite financial limitations. What makes her journey unique is that she managed to finish college while also working as a housemaid—a testament to her dedication and drive.

PHILIPPINES ( 2009 to 2014), Merachel worked for a Filipino family caring for a 75-year-old mobile elderly woman in a 3-bedroom bungalow. While performing her duties—cleaning, cooking, marketing, doing the laundry, and assisting the elder in her daily activities—Merachel attended night classes so she could study and work at the same time. This experience shaped her work ethic and helped her become skilled in household management and elder support.

She is comfortable with general domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and grocery shopping. She has a particular interest in Filipino cuisine and is eager to learn new recipes, especially foreign dishes, and can follow instructions or recipes with ease.

Merachel is also open to taking on gardening, car washing, and pet care, which she is already familiar with in her daily life at home. She describes herself as organized, fast-learning, and dependable—qualities that make her a trustworthy presence in any household.

To further strengthen her readiness for domestic work abroad, Merachel is set to undergo the Domestic Work NC II Training, an in-house TESDA-accredited program in Manila. This will equip her with standardized skills in cleaning, washing, ironing, and general household maintenance, ensuring she is professionally prepared for overseas employment.
