Her life is deeply rooted in family values and a strong sense of responsibility. Shortly after finishing school, she began working to support her growing family.

Her domestic began in the PHILIPPINES (2014 - 2018) , serving a Filipino family . She worked in an 8-bedroom bungalow, where she was responsible for all household duties including cleaning, cooking, and caring for two young children aged 8 and 4. Her commitment and skill in managing a home were well-recognized during this time. This role further honed her skills in maintaining cleanliness and order in a professional setting.

Then she took a bold step to work abroad in SAUDI ARABIA (December 2024 - August 2025) , where she served an Arab family in a large 11-bedroom, 3-storey household. Her responsibilities included general housework, car washing, and assisting in the care of two children aged 10 and 2.

Currently, Adelyn is at home in the Philippines, caring for her own children and managing household duties while waiting for the final processing of her job application to Singapore. Her goal is to continue working overseas to provide a better future for her family.

Adelyn takes great pride in her abilities. She is highly skilled in household cleaning, organizing, and cooking—especially Filipino dishes. She is also open and willing to care for the elderly if given the opportunity. She is eager to continue learning, especially in exploring other foreign cuisines and improving her caregiving techniques.

Before her deployment, Adelyn will undergo a one-week In-House Private Training in Manila, accredited by TESDA, followed by an OWWA seminar, as part of the standard process before receiving her Overseas Employment Certificate.

After finishing her secondary education at Ilocos Sur Polytechnic College in 1997, Medelyn pursued a degree in Information Technology. She studied until her third year, but due to financial constraints, she made the difficult decision to leave her studies and begin working to support her family.

Her early work experience includes being a production operator from 2000 to 2002. However, her true calling was found in domestic work—a field where she could use her natural nurturing skills and strong work ethic.

Her domestic work experience abroad:

SAUDI ARABIA ( 2004 - 2006) she served an Arab family living in a 4 room condo with a couple and, caring for a 2-year-old child, while also managing household chores such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and cooking breakfast.

DUBAI (2007 -2009), she moved to Dubai to work for a British family living in a 4 bedroom condo, with a couple and where she looked after a 10-year-old child and cooked Western dishes, in addition to her housekeeping duties.

SAUDI ARABIA (2009 to 2011), she had the rare opportunity to work for a royal family in Saudi Arabia. Living in an 8-bedroom mansion with nine other maids, Medelyn was primarily assigned to the princess—preparing her meals, assisting with her personal errands, and accompanying her throughout the day.

KUWAIT (2015 2017 / 2018-2022) Her longest and most rewarding employment was in Kuwait. Her employer valued her culinary skills and work ethic so much that they welcomed her back for a second contract in 2018.

Beyond her professional experience, Medelyn’s heart lies in caregiving. She is familiar with all aspects of childcare, including feeding, bathing, changing clothes, preparing meals, and engaging in educational activities.

Medelyn takes pride in her cooking skills, especially in preparing Filipino dishes. She also has experience with Arab, Western, and basic Chinese cuisine, and is always eager to learn more. She is comfortable following recipes and adapting to the preferences of the family she serves. Her versatility, reliability, and years of experience have shaped her into a dependable and hardworking individual who is committed to providing quality service and genuine care.

Born into a humble family as the fifth among seven siblings, Maria grew up learning the values of hard work, patience, and dedication.

HONGKONG ( April 2024 - July 2024), Maria briefly worked in Hong Kong for a Chinese family. Though her time there was short, it exposed her to a different culture, a faster-paced environment, and a higher standard of housekeeping — all of which she embraced with adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Maria has found her true strength in childcare. She is comfortable and confident in preparing meals for children, feeding, bathing, dressing, and keeping them engaged through play and interaction. She is skilled in Filipino dishes and has basic knowledge of Chinese cooking. She is eager to learn other cuisines and is open to following recipes or cooking under instruction. Her other interests include gardening, car washing, and pet care, making her a well-rounded and flexible helper.

Now, while waiting for her application to be selected for a position in Singapore, Maria is preparing herself for new opportunities.

DUBAI (November 2023- November 2025), Cherry Joy was hired by a Palestine-Jordanian family. She served in a 4-bedroom, 2-storey household composed of a couple and three children aged 17, 11, and 9. As the sole helper, she managed the full range of household responsibilities—cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and childcare. Her experience abroad strengthened her confidence in caring for children of all ages, including newborns. She is capable of preparing meals, feeding, bathing, changing clothes, supervising activities, and assisting with educational tasks.

Cherry Joy is also open and willing to care for elderly individuals or those with special needs if given the opportunity and proper guidance. She is proficient in cooking Filipino and Arab dishes and expresses a strong willingness to broaden her culinary skills by learning other international cuisines. Additionally, she prides herself on her household skills, particularly in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and ensuring the home is well-kept and orderly.

Joanne is the fourth of seven children in a humble, close-knit farming family.
