She would prepare 3-4 meals like steamed fish, stir fry vegetables, garlic butter prawns, braised pork/chicken, steamed egg with minced pork, stir fry beef with brocooli, pan fry salmon with vegetables, beehon, chicken curry, roast chicken; she also makes banana cake, cheesake, cookies She also mainly does the managed the cleaning of the spacious 3 bedroom condo, cleaning, laundry, ironing and grocery shopping. The family decided not to hire a full time helper as her male employer works from home.

Aug 2024 to Jan 2025 for a Russian family wuth 2 helpers and Norma is the cook and doing the housework they live in a 3 storey house. The family relocated and she transferred. A written recommendation can be provided.

June 2024 to Aug 2024 her old employer of 5years has hired her back for a few months to help them settle and afterwich she was released again as they do not really need a full time help.

Jan 2024 to June 2024 for a British/ Hong Kong family with a 3months baby and a 4y old living in a condo. Her duties are to take care of the childcare, cooking and general housework . She bathes the baby, change diapers, helping to get the older child to school and preparing lunch boxes, playing with the kids or bringing them to the playground. She would cook Western & Chinese food like pasta bolognese, stir fry vegetables, Thai-style steamed fish, chicken soup coconut, beef steak, steamed vegetables with pan fried salmon etc.

Dec 2022 to Jan 2024 for an Italian family with 2 kids then aged 1y and 4y living in a condo. Her duties were childcare like bathing the kids, change diapers, going for playdates, playing with them, feeding the infant, preparing meals and snacks. The family are vegans so she would prepare vegetable curry, pasta with tomatoes sauce and, vegetarian pizza, vegetarian lasagna, stir fry vegetables she would make smoothies, fresh fruits, pancakes, bakes cheesecakes, egg tarts etc. Her employers relocated and so she had to transfer.

Aug 2020 to Dec 2022 for a Filipino family with 3 kids then aged 7, 5 and a newborn living in an HDB. She was responsible in babycare and childcare as well as managing the housework and cooking. She would cook lunch and dinner and would cook meals like adobo, sinigang, beehon, spring rolls, crispy pork belly, fried rice, pasta bolognese/carbonara, baked rice with seafood, seafood marinara, roast chicken with mashed potatoes, fried rice etc. The family relocated back to the Philippines.

June 2015 to Aug 2020 for a Chinese/Filipino of 5 living in an HDB. The kids were them aged 10y, 14y, and the employer's mother. Her duties were cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing and grocery shopping or going to the wet market. She would cook both Chinese and Filipino food like homemade pizza, pasta, fried rice. baked rice, stir fry vegetable, crispy pork belly etc. The family did not require her services anymore.

May 2015 to June 2015 for a Brazilian family with a 1yr old living in a condo but the employer relocated soon after and she had to transfer right away.

Mar 2014 to June 2014 for an Indian -vegetarian family with a 2y old and a 7yr old living in a condo. She asked to transfer as she could not cope with vegetarian meals

May 2013 to Mar 2014 for Chinese family with 2 kids then aged 2y old , special needs and a 7y old living in an HDB. She would send/fetch the kids from school, cooking, cleaning but she has to leave as the employer has lost her job.

Between 2005 and 2011 , she worked in the Middle East and has mainly did the cleaning and cooking for Arab families.
