Cezil's duties were  to take care of the baby like changing diapers ( employers bathe the baby), feeding him ( employer makes the baby food), keeping him engaged in activities like play with the child and keeping him engaged, bring him to the playground/playdates/outdoor playgrounds/malls/parks etc. She also managed the cleaning the house when the boy is in school for half a day, laundry, ironing.
