For childcare, she would prepare lunchbox with rice meal, noodles or sandwiches, makes breakfast and assists in their school essentials. She cooked dishes such as Chinese, Malay, Thai, Indonesian and Western. This includes braised pork, baked salmon, steak, rendang, satay, chicken lemon grass, ayam pampa, curry, golden chicken and other dish they prefer. Zohra would also walk the dog every two hours. Mar 2022 to Apr 2024. For an Indian - Punjabi family living in a 3-bedroom condo. The couple has a 1 year old baby, and her employer's mother would visit and stay for 6mos and would come back again to stay for another 6mos. Zahra handled cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, and childcare. She handled diaper changing, feeding, bathing and eventually school drop off and pick up. Oct 2021 to March 2022. For an Indian-Tamil family. She provided full-time childcare for 2 children aged 12 and 3, while managing household operations in a three-bedroom condominium. Responsibilities included cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, marketing, cooking, mostly Indian cuisines.
